Eggs Benedict served on a jumbo English muffin with sliced ham, poached eggs and homemade hollandaise sauce; served with homefries

Irish Eggs served on a jumbo English muffin with a spinach cheese spread, smoked salmon and poached eggs; served with homefries

Hash & Eggs - our homemade corned beef hash with potatoes, scallions and Romano cheese topped with two eggs cooked as you like them

Breakfast Burrito - scrambled eggs, jack cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions and peppers wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with scallions, salsa and fresh cilantro

Quiche of the Day - our homemade Quiche served with your choice
 of a Garden or Caesar salad
