Three Course Menu for New Year’s Weekend $35   --Choice:
  • Waldorf salad of apples, cranberries, celery, Bibb lettuce, walnuts and yogurt dressing
  • Scallop Vichysoisse, braised leeks, potato, chive oil
  • Sole Amandine- Almond encrusted sole filets, rice pilaf, grilled asparagus and tarragon buerre blanc with fresh grapes.
  • Queen Cut Prime Rib with au jus, horseradish sour cream, potatoes dauphinoise, heirloom carrots
  • Seared Maple Farms Duck breast with pomegranate glaze, roasted root vegetables, fried leeks and port wine reduction
  • Double Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate cup, espresso cream
  • Champagne sorbet, fresh berries, crystallized mint
