You can take Dave Bailin and the Bailouts out of the bar but you can’t take the bar sound out of the band. If you want to hire them to play your wedding you’ll have to scrap the Hully Gully for some get down and dirty, sweaty, bluesy, raunchy guitar powered bottoms up fun. Bump and grind, no Macarena here. They are a bar band and don’t try to pretend to be anything else. The grittiness of the Stones, the rawness of Dylan, the musicianship of The Band, obscure, deep cut covers and powerful originals is what you’ll hear. Gone are the days of smoky barrooms but that sound and feel is still in the air when this band is on the stage. Their latest album, “On the Wire” was recorded live in a bar because you just can’t get that same feel in a studio. It captures the energy and fun this band is all about!
